1. Parties and acceptance

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Wrooms (“Wrooms,” “we,” “us”). It covers the wrooms.ai website, apps, Wilds play server, specialists, Discover, Shop, You, Pay, the Wilds marketplace, L7 Chain, Latch Protocol live messaging and media, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using the Service after this version is posted, you agree to this Agreement, including the Terms of use, Privacy and data handling, Features disclosure, You experience, Latch Protocol, L7 Chain, and Wilds marketplace rules described here.

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service. We do not create an account unless you check the acceptance box on the sign-up form. We store the version and hash of this public text with that account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where a higher digital-consent age applies). If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

You will provide accurate sign-up information and keep it current. One person, one account unless we say otherwise in writing.

Marketplace and wallet features are for people who can lawfully hold a crypto wallet in their place. We do not open those features for an account that fails this Agreement or our safety checks.

3. Terms of use

You will use Wrooms lawfully and treat other people in a room with respect. You will not harass, bully, threaten, or post racist abuse. You will not post sexual content involving minors. You will not use the Service to plan violence or a crime that would seriously injure someone.

You will not spam, scrape, flood, or probe the Service. You will not reverse engineer, tamper with, or run an unofficial build to sign in. Authenticated clients only. A tampered client may be refused a session. Wrooms is proprietary software — you get a license to use it, not to copy it.

You own what you write. You grant Wrooms a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, moderate, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You will not post what you do not have the right to share.

Wrooms, the doorway logo, the W trademark, the Wrooms wordmark, Discover Wrooms, L7 Chain (also called L7), Latch Protocol (also called Latch), AI Multi Threading (also called Multi AI Threading), and related branding are proprietary marks of Wrooms. You get no license to those marks except to identify the Service in a factual way.

We may remove content, timeout, suspend, or close an account that breaks this Agreement or puts the Service or other people at risk. We may keep records needed for safety, abuse, or legal process.

4. Features we disclose

Rooms. Public or private groups. Invites can expire. Messages go to people in the room and to a specialist that answers that question.

Specialists. Generative AI desks, not people. They give information, not a license, diagnosis, hire, credit decision, or legal filing. Hybrid replies keep facts on a brief; they can still be wrong. Check before you act.

AI Multi Threading. More than one specialist on the same ask. Also called Multi AI Threading. The lead answers first. Extra desks join only if that lead does not finish. A single specialist reply is not AI Multi Threading.

Latch Protocol. Wrooms’ live system for messages and media in a room. Also called Latch. Text, files, notes, and specialist replies stay in the thread. Live audio and video can share the same room. Rules for Latch are in Section 8.

Desk and Floor. Desk is a side panel in a room. Floor is a 1:1 thread with the matching desk.

Discover. Public headlines from third-party feeds. Discover Wrooms, a proprietary Wrooms catalog, labels stories and opens rooms. Live Discover pipes can mint named Avatar accessories. We do not guarantee a score, air date, price, or drop.

Ask. Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo (and Wikipedia) may be queried to answer a look-up. We do not sell your identity to those indexes.

Shop and Pay. Checkout and money tools stay in Wrooms. Do not put card numbers in a chat. Instruments live in Pay. Crypto for Wilds accessories is separate and lives in Section 6. Sealed economic events are recorded on L7 Chain as described in Section 7.

Mail, Docs, and Files. Writing and files attach to your account.

Watch and Music. Shared media rooms. Third-party players have their own terms.

Tables. Card games with an AI host. Play is entertainment unless a table says otherwise in the open.

Wilds. A separate window and play server. Progress, locker, and wardrobe save to your Wrooms account. A tampered Wilds client cannot play as a valid session. Marketplace rules are in Section 6.

Safety. Shield and related desks may timeout, suspend, flag, or remove a line. Safe House quiets ordinary Watch in a private room. Child-safety and violent-plot locks stay on.

Features can change. If we shut something down, we will keep the public pages honest about it.

5. You experience

You is optional. People, taste, and area are used only after you save them. Pulse (text or mail on your behalf) is a separate trust switch. Learn (how we study your writing) is a separate switch. Spam never goes into Learn.

You is private to you. Specialists use it for personal asks and near-me picks. Public rooms do not get your saved phones or emails.

The compliance desk audits other desks. It does not read You.

You can delete a person, a life note, or Learn data. Deleting your account removes You stores we hold for that account, subject to Section 10.

6. Wilds marketplace, accessories, and wallets

Avatar accessories can come from the locker catalog or from live Discover pipes. A purchase or trade in the Wilds marketplace converts that in-game piece into a non-fungible token (an “NFT”) tied to one accessory identity.

Each minted accessory belongs to one owner at a time. Wrooms will not mint a second token for the same piece, will not settle a duplicate buy, and will not apply the same chain transaction twice.

Ownership on Wrooms follows the account that has linked the wallet which holds the NFT. You link a wallet in Account settings with a signed message from that wallet. The NFT is stored in the wallet; your wardrobe reads the Wrooms ledger we validate against that link.

You dress your Avatar with accessories your linked wallet currently holds. A listed piece is for sale and cannot be worn until the listing is cancelled or the sale settles to you.

Wrooms validates every marketplace settlement: the wallet signature, the listing, the price, the accessory identity, and that the seller still owns the token. A failed, reused, or mismatched proof does not move ownership. A completed settlement is sealed on L7 Chain as described in Section 7.

Crypto moves on the network your wallet uses. Network fees are yours. Wrooms is not a broker, exchange, or custodian of your keys. If you unlink a wallet or lose the keys, you may lose access to those NFTs until you relink the same address.

Accessories and NFTs are entertainment and digital goods. They have no guaranteed cash value. Do not treat them as an investment, security, or deposit.

You will not wash-trade, spoof a listing, double-spend, or use a stolen wallet. We may freeze a listing or a wardrobe slot while we review a disputed transfer.

7. L7 Chain

L7 Chain is Wrooms’ proprietary ledger for economic events on the Service. It is also called L7. L7C is the layer-one coin. Every token is its own isolated layer two. Buys, sells, sends, swaps, stakes, issues, redeems, and pieces that settle through Wrooms Pay, L7, or the Wilds marketplace are sealed on L7 Chain.

Wrooms remains the source of truth for balances and ownership inside the Service. L7 Chain is the public book of those events. Each sealed record has a sequential height, a cryptographic hash, a lane (Trade, Mint, or Own), a move, and a previous-hash link so a later record cannot quietly replace an earlier one.

Sealed records are readable on the public L7 Chain book at wrooms.ai/layer7. The book shows lane, move, parties, amount, asset, layer, height, hash, and time. It does not show seed phrases, private keys, card numbers, Social Security numbers, chat contents, or other secrets.

L7 Chain is not a permissionless public blockchain for third-party smart contracts. It is not a deposit account, a security, or an investment product. Wrooms is not a broker, exchange, or custodian of your keys. Network fees charged by an external wallet chain (for example Ethereum or Solana) remain yours.

Settlement on L7 Chain is idempotent. A reused, failed, or mismatched proof does not mint a second token, move the same cash twice, or rewrite a sealed height. We may refuse or delay a seal while we review a disputed transfer.

L7 Chain, the L7 mark, the explorer, the seal format, and related software are proprietary to Wrooms. An NFT or an account does not grant a license to operate a competing settlement chain or to use the L7 mark except to identify a factual sealed record.

8. Latch Protocol — live messages and media

Latch Protocol (also called Latch) is Wrooms’ proprietary system for live messaging and media inside rooms. Text, files, notes, and specialist replies land in the thread. Live audio and video can share the same room.

You must be a member of the room to send or receive live messages or media in that room. Wrooms may refuse a session that fails membership or safety checks.

You will only send content you have the right to share. You will not use Latch to stream or attach unlawful material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates Section 3. File attach may require room privilege (for example owner or manager). SMS, when enabled, is limited to numbers configured by account-admin and remains subject to telecom and anti-spam law.

Durable messages and files are stored under the same room membership and retention rules as ordinary room messages. Live media is not a permanent archive unless you save a recording or attachment for that room.

Delivery is best effort. We do not guarantee real-time delivery or continuous uptime on every device.

Latch Protocol and related software are proprietary to Wrooms. You receive no license to copy, reverse engineer, or operate a competing live protocol derived from Latch.

9. Privacy and data handling

We store the account you create: email, display name, username, sign-in provider, and optional phone if you add one. We keep a session so you stay signed in on this device.

If you link a crypto wallet we store the public address, the wallet kind, the signed link message, and the ledger of NFTs and marketplace transfers tied to that account. We do not store your seed phrase or private key. Sealed L7 Chain records store type, parties, amount, asset, height, hash, previous hash, and time — not private keys and not chat.

Messages in a room are visible to members of that room and to the specialist that answers. Private rooms are not listed on Discover and are not in the public sitemap. Live messages and media for a room are visible to members of that room.

When you talk to a specialist, that is generative AI. We disclose that on the product and on the Compliance page. High-impact calls (hiring, lending, care) stay with a human.

We tag Social Security numbers, cards, and secrets before a model sees them. We do not sell chats. We do not sell You. We do not sell wallet addresses as a marketing list.

Live video, live audio, voice notes, video notes, and files you send through Latch or the composer are treated as room content for the members of that room. We process them to deliver the Service, enforce safety rules, and operate storage for durable messages and attachments. Ephemeral live media may not be retained after the session ends unless you save it as a message or file.

Vendors that help us run the Service (for example a model host, a database, a sign-in provider, a chain RPC, or a media edge) process data under their contracts with us. We apply least privilege.

U.S. practice follows the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and applicable state privacy law, including California and Colorado expectations described on the Compliance page.

10. Records we keep

When you accept this Agreement we store a record with your user id, email, username, display name as they stood at acceptance, the Agreement version, a hash of this public text, the method (email, Google, X, or in-app), and the time. We do not store extra identity documents in that record.

Marketplace records include the accessory identity, the token, the buyer and seller accounts, the wallet addresses, the validated transaction hash, the price, and the time. We keep those records to prevent duplicate settlement and to show you what you own. L7 Chain seals add height, hash, and previous hash for the same event and remain readable on the public explorer.

Durable room messages and file metadata written through Latch or the classic message path are retained with the room under the same rules as other chat history. Live-only media frames are not kept as a permanent archive unless saved as a message or attachment.

This public text — without any personal information — stays on wrooms.ai for anyone to read.

We may keep safety, payment, marketplace, and legal records as the law requires after an account is closed.

11. Protecting the platform

Wrooms is proprietary. The Service, including Discover Wrooms (the catalog that turns live Discover pipes into rooms), L7 Chain, Latch Protocol, AI Multi Threading, desk matching, seals, Wilds, accessory names, marketplace software, official marks, source, models, prompts, and related systems, is owned by Wrooms or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided. You do not receive the source code, models, prompts, training, or a right to copy, fork, or operate a competing service. Except for that limited license, no intellectual property is transferred. An NFT grants the in-game accessory for the wallet that holds it — not the Wrooms marks, not Discover Wrooms, not L7 Chain, not Latch Protocol, not the pipe, and not a right to mint copies.

The official Wrooms marks are the doorway logo, the purple-to-blue W trademark, the Wrooms wordmark (that W plus the word rooms), and L7 Chain. They appear on this Agreement, the sign-up form, and the public copy. You may not copy, alter, or use those marks except to identify the Service. They do not transfer with an NFT or an account.

You will not copy, fork, scrape, or republish the Service to compete with Wrooms. You will not bypass authentication, integrity checks, rate limits, live-update seals, Latch path checks, L7 Chain seals, or marketplace validation.

You will not hold Wrooms out as giving professional advice. You will not imply a government, military, or law-enforcement affiliation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WROOMS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that a specialist is correct, that Latch is always available, that L7 Chain is continuously reachable, or that an accessory or NFT has any market value.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WROOMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TOKEN VALUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

You will indemnify Wrooms against claims that arise from your content, your misuse of the Service, your wallet, or your breach of this Agreement, except to the extent we caused the claim.

We may change this Agreement. The version on /agreement is the current public text. Material changes apply to new acceptances and, after notice, to continued use. Existing accounts must accept the current version to keep using the Service.

The laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern this Agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that venue may hear disputes, except where a consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

If a part of this Agreement cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. This is the whole agreement for use of the Service. It does not limit rights that the law does not let you waive.
